After the welcome mess ag e is played, the user must dial an extensi o n numb er within this time period.

As soon as any one of the busy Junctio n lines gets free, the Extensio n will ring. It will ring once and the user can pick
Hands et within 10 secs to get connected to the Junctio n line.
