Depending on network support and predefined radio settings, it may be
possible to make and receive group calls and
red key calls
during a browser
connection.
During a call, packet data transfer is suspended. After the call ends, the radio
tries to resume the browser connection.
Basic steps for accessing and using services
1. Save the service settings that are required to access the service that you
want to use. See page 102.
2. Make a connection to the service. See page 103.
3. Start browsing the pages of the service. See page 104.
4. When you have finished browsing, disconnect from the service. See page
Service settings
The service settings may be predefined in your radio, or you may receive the
service settings as an over-the-air message from the network operator or
service provider that offers the service that you want to use. For more
information and for the appropriate settings, contact the network operator or
service provider.
