WARNING

the motor unit of the appliance.
5 Operation and Handing
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device.
Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages:
5.1 Before fi rst use
Clean the device as shown in chapter: cleaning and maintenance.
PLEASE NOTE
It is recommended to fully charge the battery before its fi rst use to achieve the best
performance.
Before use, ensure all parts are correctly assembled and in place.
There may be a slight odour when using the appliance for the fi rst time. However, it is
harmless and disappears with time.
5.2 Assembly
1.
Place the glass container on a stable surface.
2.
Grasp the blades by the drive shaft and carefully remove the blade guard.
3.
Place the blade unit or the emulsifying disc on the metal rod in the glass container.
4.
Put the desired food into the glass container.
5.
Put on the container attachment. Pay attention to the recesses and arrows of the
container attachment and the glass container.
6.
Place the motor unit on the container attachment and slowly turn it clockwise until it
locks into place.
7.
The battery indicator lights up when the motor unit is correctly fi tted and the
appliance is ready for use.
5.3 Short term operation
The device is intented only for short term opeation. Operate the appliance for one minute,
then pause the operation for a moment. Otherwise the motor could be damaged. If the
appliance is used for a total of 5 minutes, it stops automatically to protect against overhea-
ting. Let the appliance cool down for about 15 minutes.
