OPERATION PROGRAMS
By means of the combinations of the dip it is possible to determine the operation program of the gate and of the auxiliary services.
STEP BY STEP, SEMIAUTOMATIC,-AUTOMATIC-“PEDESTRIAN”, SHORT CLOSING IMPULS, TIMER, DECELERATION,
REVERSE.
Warning! To enter a new program , the programmer must be zero set in order to allow the storage of the new instructions replacing
the previous ones. For such purpose it is possible to follow two different procedures:
1) set the wanted instructions through the programming devices, cut out the voltage for a few seconds and the re-energize the
device.
2) set the wanted instructions and perform an opening/closing cycle until it reaches the end of the stroke. In this manoeuvre the
opener will still perform the old program and then switch on to the new type of operation at the beginning of the following cycle.
FUNCTION “PEDESTRIAN”: partial opening of the gate ,10 sec. .after, the functions are selected by DIP. During the “pedestrian “
opening the photocell reopen the gate per 10 sec. the closing’s time is the work time selected by DIP1, so the gate can close
always. The DIP1 must be OFF. Pedestrian can be activated by 2° channel radio; to connet M4 23-24 to M2 16-17.
FUNCTION TIMER: it is possible to connect a clock (timer ) to have the gate opened the full time when the start is activated you
must select: DIP1 OFF—DIP2 ON—DIP3 OFF. When the clock is released and after the dwell time ,the gate close.
FUNCTION DECELERATION : regulated the time of job with function deceleration inserted, the control box automatically makes to
slow down the gate in the last 7 sec. (or 2,5 sec.) around of closing. In the gates without electric limit-switches, the motor stays still
fed for the 5 sec. of the time of compensation.
FUNCTION REVERSE : During the setting of the time of job, to consider that the LED has to ignite fixed in the last 2,5 sec. of the
run to allow a correct operation of the reverser. In this way the operation in phase of closing determines a complete reopening of the
gate. If to the following closing the obstacle appeared, an arrest with consequent inversion of the sense of march would be gotten
still for 2 sec. During the last 2,5 sec. of run the intervention of the reverser causes the arrest of the gate both in opening and in
closing. In phase of put in action of the gate, set the strength of push (trimmer P1) to the desired level, therefore to regulate with
precision the time of job.Consider that the setting of the trimmers of job and break must have effected before starting the movement
of the motor. Subsequently, if the control amperometrics of the plant is desired, put in OFF the dip 10 and regulate the sensibility to
the obstacle through the trimmer P4. Rotating toward the "+" a greater strength of the gate is gotten. Finally, if you wanted to insert
also the final deceleration, put in ON the dip 8 and verify the sensibility to the obstacle in the space of deceleration. To optimize the
sensibility in the space of deceleration, to set the trimmer P5, keeping in mind that rotating toward the "+" a greater push is gotten. If
the motor in the space of deceleration had some different behaviors in opening and in closing, such to prevent a good regulation of
the reverser, remove the jumper from the bridge J4 to exclude the survey in the space of deceleration.
NOTE: the control box EQ212 introduces a time of compensation at the end of the time of job of around 5 sec., act to compensate
possible differences of speed between the opening and the closing of the gate during the run, or to compensate the different speeds
during an inversion of the sense of march, especially if the last line is taken place to the speed of deceleration.

gate). The electrolock stays fed for around 4 sec.

short closing impulse is off. Normal electrolock - to every start
the lock stays fed for around 4 sec.
