Adjustment wheel for pressure of banknotes
By transporting the machine and also by wear the pressure of the Feeder rollers on the banknotes may change over time. This
may lead to errors if the notes were not properly passed to the sensors and also that several banknotes were drawn in at once.
To adjust the feeder you need a nearly brand new banknote. From handling the 10 Euro banknote is the best to adjust the
machine.
Turn off the banknote counter and place the feeding rollers by
turning the two big transport rollers in the hopper compartment in a
position that the rubber parts are not visible.
Slide the note slowly between the outer feed rollers. The bill should
pass - after a soft resistance - between the wheels.
Slides the note without resistance through the feeder, it is opened
too wide. Press the wheel on the back of the machine down and turn
it toward the minus sign.
Is the resistance of the wheels to strong and the note can not slide
through the Feeder, the pressure is set too high. Press the wheel on
the back of the machine down and turn it in the direction of the plus
sign.
Adjust the pressure in small steps to get an optimum result.
