ROLLOVER ACCIDENTS
Prevention
Always check height and width during the various load-
ing/unloading operations. Make sure they fall within the
specified limits (Figure 11).

Keep the wheels perpendicular to the slope when driv-
ing up or down a gradient.
Do not make a U---turn on a gradient to prevent rolling
over.
Respect the transverse gradient permitted for the
loaded and empty vehicle.
Respect the maximum possible gradient for the loaded
and empty vehicle (Figure 12).

Make sure you always have a hammer in the cab to
smash the windows if an accident occurs.
What to do if the vehicle rolls over
Make that users are aware of how to get out in an emer-
gency and know where the hammer for smashing the
windows is located.
The vehicle can be exited as follows (Figure 13):

Use the specific tool (Figure 14) positioned under the
right window to smash it in an emergency.
