DEVICE REPAIR AND RETURN

Prior to returning devices, contact the nearest local 

Detector Electronics office so that a Return Material 

Identification (RMI) number can be assigned.

assist and expedite finding the root cause of the 
failure.

Pack the unit properly.  Always use sufficient packing 

material.  Where applicable, use an antistatic bag as 

protection from electrostatic discharge.

NOTE

Det-Tronics reserves the right to apply a service 
charge for repairing returned product damaged as 
a result of improper packaging.

Return all equipment transportation prepaid to the factory 

in Minneapolis.

Q1201A Laser Holder/Laser

 is used for sighting the 

flame detector and xWatch Camera.  The Laser Holder 

easily attaches to the front of the detector or camera.  

The Laser projects a red laser beam to show the exact 

center of the field of view.  Additional laser positions are 

provided to show the outside edges of the field of view.
