1 About this user manual
This user manual comes with the delivery of your Carqon cargobike. This user manual provides
important information about the settings and usage of the cargo bike. Read all warnings and
instructions in this user manual – in particular in the section “Safety” – with care before using the cargo
bike. If you do not take note of the warnings and information in this user manual, this can lead to serious
injuries and damage to the cargo bike. Keep the user manual at hand so that it is available at any time.
If you pass the cargo bike on to third parties you must also provide the user manual. Carqon is not
responsible for any writing or printing errors in this manual. Pictures and parts may differ from your
purchased Carqon.
1.1 Identification of the warning instructions
The point of warning instructions is to draw your attention to possible dangers. The warning instructions
require your full attention and understanding for statements. By not following a warning instruction,
this can lead to injuring yourself or others. Warning instructions alone do not prevent hazards. Follow all
warning instructions in order to avoid risks when using the cargo bike.
