3.6 High-Low Pressure Switches
The use of high pressure and low pressure safety
switches are required for all 06CC applications. These
switches should be adjusted based on the application
and compressor operating envelope.
NOTE: A high pressure safety switch is no longer
required for the interstage of the 06CC model compres-
sors. Carlyle has implemented a design change that
eliminates the need for these switches. The 06CC mod-
els do not require this additional safety switch as noted in
the following:
06CC, 16 to 37 cfm - Manufactured after Serial No.

06CC, 50 to 99 cfm - Manufactured after Serial No.

Important!
Low pressure switches must be connected to the
low pressure port. The crankcase of all 06CC
models operates at intermediate pressure.
