Verify that the message dates and times are correct for system initialization. 
If “Radio Connected!” and “Completed Initialization” messages are not displayed, then 
troubleshoot your Internet connection and/or wait another 3-5 minutes. If the system still fails to 
initialize, contact Carlson Support.

Verifying Geographical Coordinates 

Click the “Properties” tab. 

Under “Station Entities”, select the “Legacy Properties” drop-down tab.

Scroll down to view latitude and 
longitude information. 
Verify the latitude and longitude 
information is correct for the 
Basestation. Geographic 
coordinates shall be determined to 
an accuracy of ±50 meters
