Application
The MS topcase control module is designed exclusively
for the control of MS powder applicators.
It controls and regulates the electrostatics and the air supply
to the powder spray guns and the vibrator. The control
module detects the connected gun type and switches,
when pressing the gunswitch, automatically. Any other use
is considered improper. The manufacturer is not liable for
any resulting damage resulting from improper use; the risk
lies with the user alone!
Scope of Delivery
Function
The MS topcase control module can be operated with either
MS Corona powder spray applicators or MS Tribo powder
spray applicators. The control module automatically detects
which type of gun is attached.
The MS topcase control module has the following features:
• Digital control with touch panel basic programs,
over 999 programs can be stored.
• Automatic powder feed with dosage air
settings reproducibly
• Air regulation by MS proportional valves
• Processor-controlled high-voltage (kV and µA)
