This alarm is visualized on display by code:
52 for Group 1
53 for Group 2
Cause: The mix temperature probe is not sending signals to the control unit
Result: There is not any mix control
Solution: carry out the following controls.

Steam probe is earthen
2
Steam probe is disconnected
3
Faulty control unit
8) CUP WARMER TEMPERATURE
37 CUP WARMER
TEMPERATURE
This alarm is visualized on display by code 37
Cause: The cup warmer temperature of the heating element is not warming up
Result: Cold cup warmer
Solution: carry out the following controls.

Heating element disconnected

Faulty heating element
3
Faulty control unit
9) CHECK FLOW LINES GRX
35 CHECK FLOW LINES

This alarm is visualized on display by code:
35 for Group 1
35 for Group 2
Cause: It indicates that when the machine is in stand-by there is a leakage from the coffee hydraulic circuit.
Result: the machine is OFF.
Check the following:
1) leakage from the expansion valve
2) leakage from the third way of the coffee group solenoid valve.
3) leakage from the tubes of the coffee hydraulic circuit
4) leakage from the no-return valve fitted on flow meter
