Coldplate without adapter
The Coldplate without cooling adapter is provided with four threaded holes M4 for fixing an additional device with
cooling function (coldplate) from the rear side of the drive.

Important:
• Make sure that the cooling device completely overlays the hot spots
• Make sure that the cooling device is dimensioned and fixed in a way to dissipate the heat while keeping the
temperature of the plate/base below 70°C in the most critical operating conditions and that the overheating alarm
does not intervene.
• Make sure that the cooling device does not cause the formation of condensate on the inner surface of the plate.
• Clean the contact surfaces of Power+ plate and of the coldplate and ensure they couple perfectly.
• The use of thermal compound or similar product, between the contact surfaces of the Power+ and the coldplate
allows better heat coupling;
• It is recommended that the cooling device follows prescriptions as indicated in paragraph 4.4.5 of the EN 61800-
5-1 Standard
Important:
the max tightening torque is 3Nm.
