· If the unit, the AC adapter or its connecting cable is
damaged, do not touch it. First, turn off the corres-
ponding mains socket (e.g. via the respective circuit
breaker) and remove the power plug from the power
outlet. Do not continue to operate the product, but
take it to a specialist workshop.
· Never use the device for other purposes.
· Do not use the device in places with flammable ma-
terials or explosive gases and dust such as barns or
stables The device is also not suitable for use for
commercial purposes.

Only use the device indoors! In outdoor areas, insects
falling under nature and species protection can be
killed by the device.
· The product must not get damp or wet. To avoid the
risk of fire or electric shock, we ask you ensure that the
device and its power supply do not come into contact
with dripping or splashing water, rain or moisture.
· Do not put any objects filled with liquid, such as bu-
ckets, vases or plants, in the immediate vicinity of the
product or the power supply. Liquid could enter into
the housing interior. This could not only cause damage
to the device, but could also result in a fire hazard.
· Ensure sufficient ventilation of the device during ope-
ration. Do not cover it with objects such as magazines,
tablecloths or curtains.
· Do not put any ignition sources, such as lit candles, on
the device or power supply or in the vicinity of these
objects.
· The device must not be used by persons with redu-
ced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, lack of
experience and training.
· Never put fingers or other objects into the device.
· This product is not a toy and should not be used by
children. Children cannot assess the dangers invol-
ved when dealing with electrical appliances. There is
a risk of fatal injury.
· Do not leave the packaging material lying around. This
could become a dangerous toy for children. Keep pa-
ckaging and protective films away from children. The-
re is a risk of suffocation.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning
· Regularly check the technical safety of the device,
for example, for damage to the power cord and the
housing. If safe operation is no longer possible, then
stop operation immediately and contact us.
· Disconnect the unit from the power supply by pulling
the power plug from the power outlet.
· To clean, pull the collection tray at the bottom of
the device from its holder. Empty this into your
household or bio-waste and clean the tray with a
damp cloth.

Make sure that all parts are completely dry
before restarting!
