7.5 Install Head Bracket
1. Position the router drag chain head bracket on
the back of X/Z assembly (
see
Fig. 7-8)
:
a. Upper-right corner (upper-left corner when
viewed from back).
b. Flange down, threaded holes to back.

7.6 Attach Transition Bracket
1. Position the Z-shaped X/Y transition bracket
on the head of the Y-Axis drag chain.

a. Head of the chain is closest to the router.
b. Longer arm of the bracket attaches to the
head of the drag chain.
c. Router cable must enter the chain over
the bracket arm and through the opening
where the first link hinge was removed.

2. Use a 2mm hex key and two (2) M3×6mm
BHCS to secure the bracket to the drag chain
head. Fully tighten.
2. Use a 3mm hex key and two (2) M5×6mm
BHCS to secure the head bracket to the
X/Z assembly. Fully tighten.
