To Adjust:
(Tools Required: Pliers, Flat Head Screwdriver)
1. Light the burner.
2. Turn the control knob to the lowest setting (all the way counter clockwise).
3. Remove the knob.
4. While holding the valve shaft with the pliers, insert a thin flat-Head screwdriver into the shaft and while
viewing the burner adjust to a minimum stable flame. (Fig 10)
WARNING: IMPORTANT!
Before lighting, inspect the gas
supply piping or hose prior to turning
the gas “ON”. If there is evidence
of damage or excessive wear,
it must be replaced prior to use.
GRIDDLE PLATE
The griddle plate MUST be placed over the Infra red searing burner at the far right of the barbecue.
Position the plate so that the raised section is toward the rear of the barbecue. Hang the lip over the horizontal
bar and ensure the front of the plate rests on the edge of the fat channel. This will help cooking oils to drain
downwards into the fat channel.
