Turn the hips while the arms are
stretched. The feet are not firmly

Bend at the hip with one arm
stretched upward. Stay in this
position for a few seconds on each
side.

Stand on one leg and hold the instep of the other leg with your hand. While
in this position, mobilize your ankle so as to stretch the thigh slightly. If
necessary, hold on to something to keep your balance. Then Stand on one leg
and draw a circle in both directions (clockwise and counterclockwise) with
the ankle.
