System Administration
In the System Administration screen, you can configure the login screen and display language settings, perform a network test, and
configure the password and mail address settings for the administrator.
a Login type setting
Set the user login screen type. (See “Screen after Login”
on p. 109.)

Network test
Confirm whether the ScanFront can communicate with
other devices on the network.

Administrator Settings
Set the administrator password for logging in to the
Administrator Settings screen.

Administrator Settings
You can set the password and mail address of the
administrator.
• Administrator Password
If you want to change the administrator password, select
the [Change Password] check box and then enter a new
password.
• Administrator Address
Register the administrator e-mail address.
IMPORTANT
When a sent e-mail message results in an error due to, for example,
an incorrect e-mail address, an error notification is delivered from
the mail server to the e-mail address of the administrator.
