Before printing, leave the printer in the
installation environment for more than two
hours to allow it to adjust to the ambient
temperature and humidity. If you print when
condensations remain in the printer, it may
cause misfeeds which will result in paper
jams or printer malfunctions.
If the message does not disappear after
applying this remedy, follow the instructions
below from Step 2 to contact the store
where you purchased this printer.
