replace
- the ink absorber
(QC1-6014)
, and
- the ink absorber kit
(MP170: QY5-0149
MP450: QY5-0151).

between the camera and
the machine, press the
Stop/Reset button, then
re-connect the cable.

is disabled.

head alignment

Failed in scanning
the print head
alignment sheet. Press the OK button to
exit the error, and do
the print head
alignment again (from
printing of the print
head alignment sheet),
while confirming the
following:
- Set A4 or LTR size
plain paper.
- Confirm that the print
head alignment sheet
is printed properly
(no smear or non-
ejection of ink).
- Fill in all the
applicable boxes in
the printed sheet.
- Place the sheet on the
platen glass in the
correct position and
orientation.
Cover is open. COVER IS OPEN -
Scanning unit
open. [1200] Close the scanning unit.
