Starting the Remote UI
To start the Remote UI, follow the procedure below.
IMPORTANT
When <Auto Shutdown Time> is enabled, the machine may automatically shut down
even if you are operating the machine from the Remote UI. For more information, see
Chapter 3, “Useful Functions and Settings,” in the
Reference Guide
.
NOTE
•
If you do not know the appropriate URL for the machine, consult your network
administrator.
•
When you log on the System Manager Mode:
- System Manager ID and password are necessary when in the Department ID
Management mode.
- Nothing has to be entered if System Manager ID and password have not been
registered.
