System Options
The functionality of the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2200 Series can be
expanded by installing the following system related optional accessories.
A. Copy and Print Options
1.
PCL Printer Kit-AT1
•
Supports the PCL5e/6 emulation printing solutions.
•
Supports printing in true 1,200 x 1,200 dpi resolution with the Canon
PCL6 Printer Driver.
•
Requires license activation via the LMS.
2.
PS Printer Kit-AT1
•
Supports the PostScript 3 printing solution.
•
Required to print PDF, PS, and EPS files stored in memory media or
the Advanced Box of another imageRUNNER ADVANCE machine
on the network.
•
No additional memory is required.
•
Supports printing in true 1,200 x 1,200 dpi resolution.
•
Requires license activation via the LMS.
3.
Barcode Printing Kit-D1
•
Provides the ability to print 1D and 2D barcodes on output.
•
Requires the PCL Printer Kit-AT1.
•
Requires license activation via the LMS
4.
Direct Print Kit (for PDF/XPS)-H1
•
Enables the user to print PDF and XPS files directly from the
Remote UI.
•
Users can also print PDF files from memory media and the
Advanced Box.
•
Requires license activation via the LMS.
•
If the PS Printer Kit-AT1 is being used, the Direct Print Kit is not
required.
5.
Secure Watermark-B1
•
Enables the user to embed hidden text in the background of copies.
The embedded text becomes visible when copies of the document
are made on a copier.
•
Requires license activation via the LMS.
•
Cannot be used with the Document Scan Lock Kit-B1.
