Installing the IEEE 1394 Expansion Board

Installing the IEEE 1394 Expansion Board

Follow the procedure below to install the IEEE 1394 Expansion Board (EB-
01) in the W7250.

z

Before you begin this procedure, touch a metal surface to discharge any 
accumulated static electricity on your body.

z

During this installation procedure, do not touch a video monitor or any other type 
of electrical equipment that generates a strong electrostatic charge.

Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to switch the printer 
off.

Disconnect the power cord.

Remove the slot cover screws (x2) then remove the slot cover.
