Special Settings Dialog Box (Windows)
If the printing results are not as you expected, you can change how printing is processed in the Special
Settings dialog box.

Setting Item Description

FineZoom Settings This function is used in large-format printing.
Normally, choose
Auto . If documents are not printed
correctly on large-format paper, it may help to select
Yes , and if ne lines are not visible or if images are
distorted when printed, it may help to select No .

Application Color Matching Priority You can give applications priority in color
management.

Enable Preview Switching Selecting this option will start PageComposer if you
print when
Open Preview When Print Job Starts is
selected on the Main sheet.

Fast Graphic Process If image colors are inconsistent in printed documents
or if lines are printed in varying thicknesses, clearing
this option may help produce the expected results.
E
Reduce Print Unevenness If you are concerned about uneven colors, selecting
this option may improve printing results. However,
printing may take longer for some images.
F
Adjust faint lines If ne lines are printed in colors that do not match
the colors of other shapes, clearing this option may
help produce the expected results. However, lines in
some colors may appear broken.
