Driver:
• Ask the operator how to reproduce the problem
• Create a driver report (about tab in printer driver)
• Create a print file of the problem, by changing the port of the driver temporary to "print to
File”. Retrieve this file from the PC and include in the report.

PRISMAsync
• Ask the local IT for a correct description of the operating system of the Host, type and
version of the used driver, and network communication protocol which is needed to
describe the workflow.
