VI. Dealer Sales/Service Authorization
To become authorized to service and maintain the imagePRESS C7011VPS
Series a dealership must have:
•
Two (2) technicians who have successfully completed the following:
•
The imagePRESS C7010VP Series Training Program (the imagePRESS
C7000VP/C6000VP/C6000 Series Blended training program and the
imagePRESS C7010VP/C6010VP/C6010 Update Training Program)
•
The PRISMAsync 3 day Hardware Training Program. (formally known as
the imagePRESS C7010VPS Series Hardware Training Program)
•
One (1) Systems Engineer who has successfully completed the following:
•
The imagePRESS C7000VP Systems Training Program.
•
The PRISMA Systems Training which includes PRISMA prepare and
PRISMAaccess (formally known as imagePRESS C7010VPS Systems
Training Program)
By meeting these requirements, a dealer can be confident that their service
department has the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in servicing and
supporting the imagePRESS C7010VPS Series.
