Page Settings

For more information, see the printer and driver guides.

Enables you to edit the 

contents of registered 

profi les.

Edit Profi le

Enables you to save the 

current settings as a profi le.

Add Profi le

Enables you to select the 

output method for a print 

job.

Output Method

Enables you to select the 

size of the paper to print on.

Output Size

Enables you to print multiple 

pages onto one sheet of 

paper, or one page onto 

multiple sheets of paper.

Page Layout

Enables you to select the 

size of a document you have 

created in an application.

Page Size

Enables you to set the 

printer driver simply by 

selecting an item from the 

list. Printer drivers settings 

for different purposes are 

registered.

Profi le

Enables you to check a list of 

all the current sheet settings.

View Settings

Enables you to add 

page frames, the date, 

a user name, and page 

numbers. You can also 

select whether to use 

the Overlay mode to 

print.

Enables you to print each page 

of the document on one sheet of 

paper, using manual zooming.

Manual Scaling

Enables you to add transparent 

text and print the original.

Watermark

Enables you to edit the 

position and direction of 

a watermark, or create an

Enables you to print a document with

or Short Edge (Top) for prints, when 
1-sided Printing or 2-sided Printing is 
selected for the Print Style.

Binding Location

Enables you to specify detailed fi nishing 
settings.

Finishing Details

Enables you to specify booklet 
printing options.

Detailed Settings for 

Booklet

Enables you to print an original document 
without any margins.

Print with Upper Left of Sheet as Starting 

Point

Enables you to specify the 
gutter width.

Gutter

Enables you to rotate the image 180 degrees 
when printing. When printing on tab paper, this 
setting makes it possible to print with the correct 
orientation without making settings on the 
printer.

Enables you to set whether to suppress 
outputting of blank pages.

Display in Printer as

Enables you to set the text which is displayed 
on the touch panel display of the machine when 
printing.

Enables you to specify the 
method of output for the output 
tray. The available options 
differ depending on the printer 
model you are using, but you 
can select from Off, Collate, 
Group, Staple & Collate, and 
Staple & Group. 

Finishing

Enables you to specify the position to staple the 
print output.

Staple Position

Enables you to punch holes in the 
margin of the printed document when 
the appropriate equipment is attached to 
the printer.
