Paper Handling

Chapter 3

❍

Do not pull out the extension on the tray.

❍

Do not pull up the paper support.

❍

Align the first sheet of the paper with the right edge of
the sheet feeder and slide it into the printer until it stops.

❍

Then adjust the paper guide to the edge of the paper.

❍

Do not allow the paper to hang over the edge of the desk
or work table.

❍

Do not extend the paper support when loading banner
paper.

Insert the

banner paper.

Pull out the paper

output tray and

lift the paper

output guides.
