Sending Documents
Sending Methods
You can enter the document's name, subject line, message body text, and replay-to address for
document to be sent. Documents can be sent without changing any of the send settings, or you
can configure them to suit your needs.
When you send a document, you can also send it at a preset time.
IMPORTANT
If you send an image as a TIFF (Tagged Image File Format) file to a Macintosh, the recipient may not be
able to view the image correctly. In this case, send the image as a PDF file, or view the TIFF file with an
application, such as Apple QuickTime Player.
