Turn the upper green knob on the fixing unit in the direction of
the arrow (counterclockwise), and remove any jammed paper.
CAUTION
The fixing unit and its surroundings are subject to high-temperatures.
When removing jammed paper, take care not to touch anything in this area,
except the jammed paper and the green knob.

Gently push the fixing unit and duplexing unit back into the
machine.
CAUTION
When pushing the fixing unit and duplexing unit back into the machine, be
careful not to get your fingers caught, as this may result in personal injury.
