B. Password should be at least 6 characters and not longer than 26 characters. It should be a combination of
letters and numbers
C. After you register, the app will send you a confirmation e-mail to your e-mail address. Open your e-mail
account and follow the link from the e-mail of the app in order to confirm your registration.
D. Return to the app to continue the process of connecting the camera to your mobile device.
2. Connecting and adding the camera/ device:
Note: 
The camera supports only 2.4G Wi-Fi. Before adding the device make sure that your router is with 2.4G
Wi-Fi and your mobile device in connected to the 2.4G Wi-Fi network of your home. Make sure that the supply
cord is connected to your camera and the mains electric outlet.
А. Scanning the QR code to add the camera – See the figures on page 1:

Connect your phone to the Wi-Fi network of your home. Open the YCC365 Plus app and log into your account.

Click on: Add the device → Intelligent camera → Scan code to add.

Another window will open. The camera will make sound and you will hear the following: Please, configure

camera by scanning code or AP hotspot. Click on Next.

A new window will open Connect to Wi-Fi. The name of your Wi-Fi network will be visible. Insert the password

of your network.

Click on Next. A new window with QR code will pop out. Point the screen of your mobile device towards lens

of the camera in order to scan the code.

When you hear a sound or see indicating light, click on button “When you hear a beep or a green light”.

A new window will be opened – Device is under connecting, and the percentages will be counted until the

complete connection of the camera with your mobile device and Wi-Fi network.

If the connection is successful, a new window will pop out Addition is successful! Click on any of the buttons to

choose the device name: Shop/ Bedroom/ Living room/ Entrance/ Office/ Meeting room.

After choosing the name press on Start to experience. A new window will open with the video stream directly

from the camera. You may need to refresh the page several times until the video is loaded.
B. Connecting via LAN network cable (applies only for devices with LAN port) – See the figures on page 2:

Click on: Add the device → Intelligent camera → Addition by connecting to network cable.

Make sure that the camera is connected to the power supply cord and the LAN cable. Scan the QR code,

which is attached to the device.

Wait until your mobile phone is connected to the camera. The connecting takes around 1 to 2 minutes. If it is

successful, you will hear “Welcome to use camera”.

A window with Addition is successful will pop up! Click on any of the buttons to choose the device name:

Shop/ Bedroom/ Living room/ Entrance/ Office/ Meeting room.
C. Connecting via AP Hotspot – See the figures on page 3:

Open the app.

Press the plus icon to add the device.

Press intelligent camera. Choose Addition of AP hotspot. Connect the power supply cord to the camera. Wait

until there is a flashing light from the camera or you hear a sound. A window will open with Add the device,
press Next on the bottom of the screen.

If a window with tips doesn’t pop up, reset the camera. Find the reset button and hold it for 5 seconds at

least. Then press the NEXT button on the window that will pop up.

After that will open a window with Network setting. Click on Go to Setting.

A next window will be open with different networks. Choose CLOUDCAM_XXXX. And choose the Wi-Fi

network that will be with the same prefix and connect to it.

After you connect successfully to this network, go back to the app and the button Next will be active. Click on

it.

Another window is opened with different networks. Choose your network and press on it. A new window will

pop out, where you must enter the password of your network.

Insert the password and press CONFIRM. A new window will open Device is under connecting and the

percentages will be counted until the complete connection of the camera.

If the connection is successful, window will pop out with Addition is successful. Choose a name of the device.
