Prepare small whole fruit for dipping in chocolate: strawberries, grapes or smaller pieces of bananas, apples and other fruits. You can
also dip ice cream cones, biscuits, and foam candies in the chocolate.
CHOCOLATE CHOICE. To ensure best flow ability please use chocolate with high proportion of cocoa butter. The proportion of cocoa
should be 60% at least. If there is below 60%, it may be need to add some quantity of oil (e.g. Cocos oil). Chocolate suitable to use in
fountain chocolate contains of high proportion of cocoa butter, so it has good flow ability and normally does not require any oil. Standard
bar of chocolate contains too little cocoa butter, is therefore not very liquid and almost always requires additional oil. We recommend to
use special chocolate intended to apply in the chocolate fountains.
