Wenn das Gerät nicht verwandt wird, die elektronische Steuerung durch den Wähler (19) ausschalten und es
in die Scherentasche (32) mit geschlossenen Klingen (15) stecken. Es wird empfohlen, die Position 0 vom
Schalter (8) der Batterie (1) zu wählen.
ACHTUNG!
Um sich in Betrieb zu setzen, soll der Schalter (8) mindestens eine Sekunde lang gedrückt werden.
•
Das Gerät immer in der Scherentasche transportieren.
•
Bevor man die Batterie (1) wieder auflädt, soll man die elektronische Einheit mit dem Wähler (19) und dann
die Batterie (1) mit dem Schalter (8) ausschalten. Die Schere in die Schutztasche (32) mit geschlossenen
Klingen (15) stecken.
•
Die Box (18) der elektronischen Karte nicht aufmachen.
•
Das Gerät nicht dem Regen aussetzen und in einem trockenen Raum halten.
•
Das Gerät nicht am Kabel (10) transportieren.
•
Kein anderes Ladegerät für die Batterie verwenden als das von Campagnola S.r.l. mitgelieferte, sonst
kontrollieren, ob es in der Liste im Abs. 3.6 geschrieben steht. Es könnte das Gerät und den Bediener schwer
beschädigen.
•
Wenn die Schere nicht verwandt wird, die elektronische Steuerung mittels des Wählers (19) und die Batterie
(1) mittels des Schalters (8) ausschalten.
2.3 Wartung
ACHTUNG!
Bei irgendeinem Wartungs- oder Einstellungseingriff soll man Sicherheitsschuhe, -handschuhe und
Schutzbrille verwenden.
•
Jeder gewöhnliche Instandsetzungs- oder Wartungseingriff darf nur von Personal durchgeführt werden, das
in jedem Fall über die notwendigen körperlichen und geistigen Fähigkeiten verfügt.
•
Alle außergewöhnlichen Instandsetzungs- oder Wartungseingriffe müssen von einem Wartungsmechaniker
durchgeführt werden.
•
Unbefugte Personen müssen sich während der Wartungs- oder Instandsetzungseingriffe vom Gerät
fernhalten.
•
Die Schutz- und Sicherheitseinrichtungen dürfen ausschließlich von einem Wartungsmechaniker einzig zur
Durchführung von außergewöhnlichen Wartungseingriffen außer Betrieb gesetzt werden. Das zuständige
Wartungspersonal muß gewährleisten, daß keine gefährlichen Situationen für andere Personen entstehen,
bzw. daß das Gerät nicht beschädigt wird, und muß die Einrichtungen nach Beendigung der Wartungsarbeiten
wieder in Funktion setzen.
•
Vor jedem Wartungs- oder mechanischem Einstellungsvorfahren das Gerät ausschalten.
•
Alle nicht im vorliegenden Handbuch berücksichtigten Wartungseingriffe müssen in den dazu entsprechend
von den Vertragshändlern der angegebenen, zuständigen Campagnola-Kundendienststellen durchgeführt
werden.
•
Nach Beendigung der Wartung- oder Instandsetzungsarbeiten darf das Gerät erst auf Anordnung des
zuständigen Wartungsmechanikers wieder in Berieb gesetzt werden. Dieser muß sicherstellen, daß:
-
die Arbeiten vollständig durchgeführt wurden,
-
das Gerät einwandfrei funktioniert,
-
die Sicherheitsvorrichtungen in Betrieb sind,
-
keine Arbeiten am Gerät gerade durchgeführt werden.

3.1 Kennzeichnung des Produktes
Die kennzeichnenden Daten des Gerätes werden auf dem Schild, im inneren Teil des Gehäuses, auf der Box der
elektronischen Karte (18) und auf dem Scherenkoffer gezeigt.
