Holster (32): Is necessary to carry the shear safely.

- INSTALLATION
4.1 Starting
•
Remove the shear and the backpack from its case.
•
Recharge the batteries (1) (see par. 5.3)
•
Fit the battery set (1) onto the backpack (4) by following the instructions in par. 4.2
•
Fit the electronic card box (18) onto the backpack belt (3) (either on the right or on the left)
•
Connect the electronic card box (18) to the battery (1)
•
Connect the shear to the electronic card box (18)
•
Let the cables of the shear and of the electronic card box go through the left or the right backpack loop (6)
WARNING!
For the cables installation see the instructions which are supplied with the tool
•
Fit the holster (32) onto the backpack belt (3) (either on the right or on the left).
4.2 Fitting the battery set onto the backpack
•
Remove the backpack (4) and the battery set (1) from the case.
•
Insert the lower part of the battery back part into the lower backpack pocket
•
Insert the backpack buckles into the corresponding holes in the upper part of the backpack (4)
•
Adjust the connecting straps of the two backpack parts (4), so that they remain close to the battery back part
WARNING!
When the backpack (4) has been assembled in the right way, it is possible to reach the battery charger
connector without removing the battery set (1).

- USE OF THE TOOL
5.1 Shear use
•
Wear the backpack (4) (see photo) and adjust the belt length by means of the buckle (3).
•
The backpack (4) shall be positioned in such a way that 90% of its weight is supported by the operator’s waist
instead of by his back (see photo F).
•
The braces (9) shall be used to improve the weight balancing (10%).
•
Adjust the braces (2) buckle so that they cannot slip from the shoulders.
•
Pull out the shear from its holster (32) holding it in your hand.
•
Wear the arm cable fastener (31) to keep the cable (10) off the cutting operations.
•
Switch on the ON-OFF selector (position I) (8) with the free hand.
•
Handle the shear
•
Turn the selector (19) clockwise with the free hand and choose the operating mode:
