RELEASING THE GEARMOTOR

Perform this job only after cutting off the power supply.
Emergency release with release handle applied to the automation.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEMS POSSIBLE CAUSES CHECKS AND REMEDIES
• The door does not
open or close
• No power
• The gearmotor is unlocked
• The transmitter battery is flat
• The transmitter is broken
• The stop button is stuck or broken
• The open/close button or selector
switch are stuck • Check for mains power
• Lock the gearmotor
• Replace the batteries
