6. COMMISSIONING
First operate the hydraulic levers to check which lever controls have which function.
Use all the functions several times with no load to check if they function normally and smoothly.
If the synchronisation of the forks is not correct, proceed as follows to correct it:
1. Remove the front cover of the clamp (if present).
2. Loosen the counter nut of the capacity regulator.
3. Adjust the adjusting screw to 10 mm from the counter nut on the two cylinders. Make at least one
full stroke, and identify the fastest fork.
4. Tighten the adjustment screw on the relative cylinder until the two forks are synchronised
5. Tighten the adjustment screw on the relative cylinder until the two forks are synchronised
On the clamps, the bolts of the hydraulic cylinder (mounted on the bucket and the forks) are not
fully screwed in.
In case these have to be removed and mounted (e.g. for cylinder or fork replacement), note that
you have to fully tighten the bolts and then loosen them 1/2 turn.
Check the hoses, fittings, valve, manifold, cylinders and rotary actuator for leaks.
