Air in the hydraulic system

Bleed the air from the system, run the 
cylinders through several lift cycles. 
See chapter ‘5.3.1. Bleed the hydraulic 
system’
In case of dirt in the hydraulic system, it is 
necessary to change the oil completely. 
It is forbidden to change the hydraulic oil 
yourself.
May only be carried out by a qualified 
service technician and according tot he 
manufacturer’s instructions.

Impossible to lift or 
lower the load

Not enough space for the hydraulic 
connection to move freely

Prevent blockage of the hydraulic system, 
connect the hydraulic system as indicated

Incorrect mounting of the hydraulic 
connection

Check if the hydraulic system is 
connected to the correct hydraulic hoses

Air/dirt in the hydraulic system

Bleed the air from the system, run the 
cylinders through several lift cycles.
