3. Make sure the scoop is located on a flat surface
centrally in front of the vehicle in its horizontal
position (do not tilt the hydraulic scoop during
the installation).
4. Secure the hydraulic scoop onto the forks with
the provided screws on the fork pockets. Make
sure the hydraulic scoop cannot slip from the
forks.
5. Secure the hydraulic scoop onto the fork carriage
with the provided hook.
6. Connect the hydraulic hoses to the hydraulic
system and make sure the connections are clean
to prevent dirt from entering the hydraulic circuit.
7. Make sure that the hydraulic connections can
move freely according to their length. Provide
enough space.
8. Check if the hydraulic system operates correctly
by testing the different hydraulic functions.
Your hydraulic fork-mounted scoop is now ready for use!
After the assembly of the attachment and before putting the device into operation, check if all
the functions work correctly.
Any failure of the safety devices can cause malfunctioning and damage to the attachment.
5.3.1. Bleed the hydraulic system
1. Start your lifting device.
2. Tilt the hydraulic scoop several times in both directions to the maximum extension.
3. Inspect the hydraulic circuit for any leaks.
