7.4 FUME PASSAGES CLEANING
Clean the fume passages every year.

• Open the door.
• Remove the 4 screws (see Fig. 68 ) and remove the inspection cap (see Fig. 69 ).

• After cleaning, repeat the operation in reverse making sure the gasket is intact and efficient: if necessary, provide for the
replacement with original spare parts.
