-250SH series SSD product uses high quality MLC HLNAND flash
memory from Hynix Corporation. In addition, it includes an on-drive intelligent controller
that manages interface protocols, data storage and retrieval as well as ECC, defect handling
and diagnostics, power management, and clock control. The controller’s firmware is
upgradeable, thus allowing feature enhancements and firmware updates while keeping the
BOM stable.
