action.

1. Transceiver cable is discon-
nected.
Connect the transceiver cable.

1. Open tap.
Ensure that the tap was
installed into the transceiver
body without bending the center
probe that plugs into the con-
nector block on the transceiver
circuit board.
Ensure that the depth of the
center probe hole is correct (drill
the hole again if necessary).
Coaxial cable not terminated.
Ensure that all coaxial cables
are properly terminated.
