Replacing the 3.5” Diskette Drive
Location – see Figure 3-3 (on page 3-3 ).
Cabletron part number = 85208002.
1. If necessary, remove the cover. (See page 3-4 .)
2. Remove the three screws shown in the following figure, then
grasp the faceplate along the top edge and pull it forward and
down to pop it out.

3. Remove the two screws (and the metal tabs under them) that
secure the drive. (See the following figure.)
