Motor is hot
This is normal. By design, the motor
is totally enclosed and non-ventilated
so it produces high temperatures. The
temperature range is 190°- 220°F. Avoid
contact with the housing.
Motor makes a high pitched sound
This is typically due to the table or
platform that the machine is placed
on. Place cardboard or cloth under the
machine to absorb the vibration.
Motor vibrates or shakes
Make sure the wheels are properly
balanced. Wheels can become unbalanced
during shipping. This can be fixed by
taking the wheels off and realigning them.
Make sure the shafts are tightened.
Wheels don’t turn
Make sure power is connected and
machine is turned on.
Make sure the wheels are not obstructed.
If the wheels are caught on something
before you turn on the motor, there will not
be enough momentum to start spinning.
Water control knobs keep spinning
Tighten the set screw located inside the
water control knobs using a 2mm Allen
wrench (not included).
