5.3.5 Productivity and Summary parameter
1 - Summary screen.
On each screen, the summary screen shows the main parameters entered for stitching,
folding and trimming.
2 - Productivity and running speed of the BMe.
It is possible to decrease the Bookletmaker speed. In order to obtain a better quality for
finished booklets made with delicate papers.
There are 3 speed available :
IMPORTANT: The four main adjustments are complete: paper format, stitching,
folding, trimming and conveyor.
Press Start button (3) to send some sheets and verify the parameters.
If it is correct
, enter the number of desired jobs (see chapter 5.3.13/14 Counter of
set and send the job.
If it is not correct
, it is possible to correct the parameters in the above menus or
make fine adjustments in the RUN mode (see chapter 5.4 RUN).
One jogging only in the AGR.
The time of booklet positioning in the PA is the shortest possible.
Two joggings in the AGR.
The time of booklet positioning in the PA is medium.
Three joggings in the AGR.
The time allows the booklet to be perfectly positioned in the PA.
