Navigate to Configuration -> DNS

In the “Preferred DNS Server” type
8.8.8.8

In the “Alternative DNS Server” type
8.8.4.4
●
Click “Save” and reboot the camera
once more.

Once you have completed the camera network setup, repeat the steps on your computer
to adjust the “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPV4) Properties.” Select the bubbles to
“Obtain an IP address automatically” and “Obtain DNS server address automatically.”
