Populating the Circuit Board 

 

STEP 1:  Add the diodes. Be sure to match the end of the diode with the 

stripe to the layout on the PCB. The stripped end should go in the square 

solder pad. NOTE: Make sure not to confuse the print on the PCB (circled in 

yellow) as a diode. It’s a 470k resistor & gets mounted on the backside (see 

Step 2).
