STEP 2b: Cut a 2.25” piece of wire & strip 1/8” off the tips and tin the
ends. Tinning means to apply some solder to the stripped ends of the
wires. This keeps the strands from fraying and primes the wire for
soldering. Find the holes labeled ‘J2’ on the topside of the PCB
(highlighted in red). Now, flip the PCB over and insert the tinned ends
of the wire into the holes from the backside. Solder these in place on the
topside of the PCB as you did the resistors & capacitor in Step2.
