10.5 Replacing the ozone boosters
The ozone boosters are installed in the switch cabinet.
NOTE
►
Wear protective gloves when releasing the
hoses.
● Switch off the product’s main switch.
●
Remove the product cover (see chapter 10.1).
●
Open the switch cabinet.
●
Release the voltage supply cable on terminal strip X2 (see the con-
nection and assignment plan).
●
Release the ozone booster coupling rings and remove the hoses,
while paying attention to the order.
●
Unscrew the screws for the ozone booster side mountings.
●
Remove the ozone booster from the switch cabinet.
●
Insert a new ozone booster.
●
Fasten the ozone booster with the screws.
●
Re-attach the hoses in the correct order.
●
Fasten the coupling rings.
●
Connect the voltage supply cable to terminal strip X2 as per the
circuit diagram (see the connection and assignment plan).
●
Close the switch cabinet.
●
Attach the product cover and secure it using four screws.
●
The product is ready for use again.
