• En complément aux points évoqués précédemment veuillez prendre en
compte les informations suivantes.
• La tuyauterie doit être installée selon les législations locales pour ce type
d’équipements.
• Ne pas monter la pompe sur une cloison légère de type “bardage” ou
semblable, qui pourrait créer une résonnance et augmenter le niveau
sonore habituel de la pompe.
• Le flexible entre la pompe et la tuyauterie rigide doit être assez long pour
extraire la pompe du fût.
• Une vanne d’arrêt doit être installée sur la tuyauterie fixe pour permettre
d’isoler le circuit en cas de problèmes ou d’intervention.
• Il est important de purger le circuit pour chasser l’air pouvant se trouver
dans celui-ci. Dans une installation avec gestion, les bulles d’air
pourraient fausser le comptage des produits.
• Si des filtres sont installés sur le circuit il est impératif de les nettoyer
périodiquement surtout au démarrage de l’installation car des impuretés
dues aux filetages des tuyauteries pourraient venir boucher l’arrivée du
produit ou détériorer les clapets d’aspiration.
• Au démarrage, ne pas laisser la pompe s’emballer.
Augmenter la pression d’air progressivement pour faire démarrer
lentement la pompe. Vérifier entièrement le circuit pour repérer
d’éventuelles fuites sur les tuyauteries ou flexibles. Si tel est le cas, il faut
y remédier avant de mettre la pompe sous pression.
• For your personal safety disconnect the air motor from the air line and
relieve the system pressure before any service is undertaken.
• Check the following regularly:
• Air filter: empty and clean out.
• If a lubricator is installed it should always be filled with air tool oil or
similar. Mineral based motor oil, SAE 10, can also be used. Synthetic oil
or other oils must not be used.
• Possible leakage in the connections and couplers.
• All connected hoses for wear or possible damage.
• Keep the lubricant and the equipment clean and free from dirt.
• When changing drums it is especially important that the pump tube
and bottom valve are kept off the floor and free from dirt. The dirt will
otherwise enter the pump and contaminate the oil and possibly damage
the pump. Put the pump into a clean drum or rest it on a bracket while
changing the drum.
• Have a spillage container available when unloading or uncoupling the
pipe work.
• Re-check all the connections in the system for leakage after the first 6-8
hours of operation.
