• Stop the machine.
• Open the gas supply.
• Flush the machine.
When the flushing is finished:
• Close the gas supply.
• Dry the machine of flushing fluid.
Do not operate the machine in normal operating conditions with the barrier gas opened.
It might affect the ultimate pressure and the suction capacity.
